It is our distinct pleasure to welcome participants from ILEA Gaborone partner nations on-board this week where we host participants from the countries of Botswana, Eswatini, Kenya, Mauritius, Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania, and Zambia. This one- week course on Anti-Collusion in Public Procurement provides strategies and tools for participants to identify collusive conduct and detect and deter bid rigging in public procurement. The course will involve practical exercises and instruction that is based upon the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) experience working with procurement agencies across the world. The course is intended for agency officials, law enforcement investigators, and senior procurement officials. This course is facilitated subject matter experts from the DOJ.
